CANCELLATION POLICY

We are a small organisation that strives to give an efficient and personal service. While we aim to be flexible to our clients’ needs, this cancellation policy reflects our need to reserve our trainers’ time well in advance and pay in advance for venues.

  • Cancellation within 4 weeks of course date: Administration Fee of £40 + VAT
  • Cancellation within 2 weeks and re-booking for subsequent course: Administration Fee of £40 + VAT Cancellation within 2 weeks of course date and no re-booking: Full course fee payable

PUBLIC LIABILITY

We have a Public Liability limit of £1,000,000 and Professional Indemnity limit of up to £1,000,000. No responsibility for loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from acting as a result of any of the information in the material can be accepted by the trainers or organisers.
