Welcome to your Virtual Coaching programme for Cisco Jump Alumni.

On this page, you will find instructions to book your first coaching session, as well as the pre-coaching questionnaire (to be completed and submitted before your first session).

What is the purpose of this coaching programme?

Your virtual coaching sessions offer a chance to reflect and reconnect with your learnings from Jump: how you have been able to put them into practice, and how you can now build on them further. The sessions are completely tailored to you and you can choose what to work on; whether that is preparing for a presentation, exploring how to increase your presence and influence in meetings or rehearsing a challenging conversation.

Dramatic Resources uses skills from the world of theatre and performance, to help people in business communicate with more impact, and has been part of the Jump programme for over 10 years.

A Short Video from the Dramatic Resources Team

Hello from Helen, Tamzin, Jacq, Jo and Rachel! In this video, your coaches explain a little more about their background, what to expect from this coaching programme, and how to book (and prepare for) your first session. You can read more about your coaches at the bottom of this page.

You can switch on subtitles by clicking the “CC” icon on the video below.

Reminder Notes from Jump

Here are some reminder notes and resources to remind you of the key learnings from your Jump module with Dramatic Resources. We recommend taking a look through the links below before your coaching sessions.

Your next steps

Click the button below to sign up for your first coaching session only with one of our expert trainers. You will arrange a time for your second session with your coach at the end of the first session.

How to use the booking link:

  • You have the option to select a trainer, or simply click “No Preference” to see all available slots for booking. Make your choice and click “See slots”.

  • Please check that times are being shown in your local time zone – this is shown above the above the available slots (“Times are displayed in…”).

  • You will need to provide your personal Webex Meeting Room URL as part of the booking process, as this will be used for the coaching sessions.

Note regarding cancellations:

  • All participants on the Cisco Alumni Virtual Coaching programme are entitled to two coaching sessions. Please note that unfortunately if you miss or cancel your scheduled session you are not guaranteed to be able to rebook. Cancellations or requests to reschedule less than 2 weeks before a session date will result in the session being forfeited (apart from in some exceptional circumstances).

  • If you would like to request a make-up session, this must be approved by the Cisco Jump team as there will be an additional cost.

If you need any help, or can’t find a suitable time, please contact virtual.coaching@dramaticresources.co.uk.

Complete your pre-session questionnaire

Once you have booked your coaching session, please complete this simple pre-session questionnaire and return it to your coach at least three days before you are due to meet. This will help your coach to tailor the session for you. You will find your coach’s name in the confirmation email and calendar invite for your booking.
