Geoff trained as an actor and worked in theatre and television for 20 years, and he is the co-founder and co-director of Dramatic Resources.

His work as an actor has included work with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Royal Court Theatre, and the Royal National Theatre. He also appeared extensively on UK television in series such as The Brief, Foyles War, and Prime Suspect. The television film, No Child of Mine, in which he played a leading role, won a BAFTA award for Best Single Drama. As a director, he has taught and directed extensively on the American university circuit, and has directed projects for The Royal National Theatre’s Education Department.

Geoff is a pioneer in the application of theatre expertise in corporate development. As a director of Dramatic Resources, he designs programmes, writes articles and is constantly looking at ways to innovate in response to client needs. His article (co-authored with Berlin’s ESMT business school), In The Spotlight – What Hollywood Can Teach Today’s Business Leaders About Virtual Meetings,  was published in Forbes Magazine in early 2021. His work combines the rigour and discipline of working in theatre with a fresh insight into the world of business communication.
